The Vegas hotel war / George Englund Productions. 1984.

A fictional story in which Neil Chaine, owner of the Desert Inn, is forced out by his board of directors because the Gaming Commissions of Nevada and New Jersey suspect him of having mob connections. Chaine buys out the Tropicana then begins to battle with his former associates to have the best casino/hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.
